Before starting the activation process, please make sure your GEGO PET is fully charged.
If this is your first time activating the device, it may take 5 to 10 minutes to connect to the best available satellites.
For best results, we recommend completing the activation outdoors and under open sky, avoiding buildings or other sources of interference.
This is a standard best practice for all GPS devices.
If the device ever loses satellite connection, placing it outdoors under open sky will help it reconnect more quickly.
If needed, turn the device off and then back on (reboot) to help restore satellite connectivity.
