Activate GEGO Pet
Power ON: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The white indicator light will flash once and the tracker will beep once, indicating that the device is on.
Power OFF: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The tracker will beep twice, the white indicator light will flash, and then turn off.
First-time activation
If this is your first time activating the GEGO PET, the device may take 5 to 10 minutes to connect to the best available satellites. For best results, we recommend completing the activation outdoors and under open sky, avoiding buildings or other sources of interference.
Once your GEGO PET is powered on and activated, log in to your GEGO Pet App account to view your pet’s location in real time.
