Charge Up
Connect the charging cable to the tracker, ensuring the magnetic ends align correctly. Use a compliant power adapter (Voltage: 5V, Current: 1A–3A).
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.
When connected, a solid red light indicates the device is charging.
Once the battery is fully charged, the light will turn off.
The GEGO Pet App will notify you when the battery is low. Always keep the device fully charged before use.
Note: After each charge, press and hold the physical power button for 3 seconds to turn the device back ON before use.
