You can suspend your subscription to the Service at any time by contacting our Customer Support team to email@example.com.
Upon the suspension of any Service plan, $ 0.90 p/month will be charged to your credit card to keep active the SIM card in your GEGO Device. This monthly charge will remain in effect until a new Service plan is subscribed by you or you cancel definitelly the Service.
You can cancel your service by sending a cancellation notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that once the Service is cancelled, to reinstate your GEGO Device, a reactivation fee of $ 35.00 will be applied. Please allow 3 business days prior to the end of your current subscription period to cancel your subscription to the Service, to avoid being charged for the subsequent subscription period.
