If you bought a GEGO with service plan on our webshop, you must receive an email with your prepaid code to apply to your new GEGO.
You can find it in your email inbox with the following subject: "Thank you for acquiring GEGO Annual Service Plan"
Walkthrough in the app:
- Open the GEGO App
- Tap on the Device you wish to active
- Tap on 'Activate Service Plan' sign
- Below the Subscriptions options (monthly or yearly) you will find the 'Redeem Prepaid Code' button
- Tap on 'Redeem Prepaid Code' button (as the image below)
