If you bought a GEGO with service plan on our webshop, you must receive an email with your prepaid code to apply to your new GEGO.
You can find it in your email inbox with the following subject: "GEGO - Prepaid Code"
Walkthrough in the app:
- Open the GEGO App.
- Tap on the Device you wish to activate.
- Tap on 'Activate Service Plan'.
- Below the Service Plan options (monthly or yearly) you will find the 'Use Prepaid Code' button.
- Tap on 'Use Prepaid Code' button and enter the code received via email.
