If you have difficulties activating your GEGO PRO:
• Ensure the unit is fully charged.
• Move outdoors for better GPS signal: We recommend taking the device outside and remaining there for 5 to 10 minutes in an open area with a clear view of the sky to ensure a clear GPS signal and better satellite reception.
• Restart the device: Turn the device off and then back on.
• Check cellular connectivity: Perform the activation process in an area with good cellular connectivity. Avoid basements, buildings with poor cell signal, or remote areas far from cities.
• Activate one device at a time: If you own multiple GEGO devices, activate them one at a time. Wait until each device is fully activated before starting the next. This helps prevent interference between devices and ensures more accurate location tracking.
